Thanks to our know-how in advanced DNA/RNA analysis, we can design specific diagnostic tests and distinguish even amongst diseases that present similar symptoms.
Each parallel test runs independently inside our cartridge giving specific and accurate positive/negative results.
The choice of a thin, aluminum baseplate allows us to reach incredible heating and cooling rates (> 13°C/s). Moreover, thanks to the small quantity of liquid in each reaction wells, we can guarantee better and faster heat homogeneity. Thanks to this unique design, we have shown that a full, 50-cycles RNA amplification can be performed in less than 45 minutes (from RNA to results).

This SARS-CoV-2 cartridge is based on the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) RT-PCR test for 2019-nCoV. The assay detects 2 parts of the N gene specific for Sars-CoV-2. In addition, an extraction control for Human RNAse P is also included.
The cartridge is designed to work in combination with saliva samples and in conjuction with our diaxxoPCR.
